PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Road patching is a road maintenance material specifically designed for large-area cracks and reflective cracks in asphalt pavements. It provides "localized reinforcement and repair" of the pavement, primarily used to inhibit further crack expansion, restore pavement structural strength, and seal for waterproofing.
Material Structure and Composition
Surface Layer: The surface contains a layer of wear-resistant mineral particles, mainly used to improve skid resistance and abrasion resistance.
Middle Layer (Core): A high-strength woven fabric (fiberglass grid) with extremely high tensile strength is used to distribute vehicle load stress and limit crack displacement and propagation.
Bottom Layer: Uses a high-viscosity modified asphalt, butyl rubber, or special polymer composite substrate to ensure tight adhesion to the old pavement, while also possessing a certain degree of elasticity and plasticity to accommodate minor deformations.

Targeted Treatment of Large-Area Cracks: Prevents further crack expansion under load.
Structural Reinforcement and Stress Absorption: Can bear part of the load, reducing crack reflection under repeated vehicle loads; simultaneously improves the overall fatigue resistance of the repaired area.

Waterproofing and Durability: The dense material effectively seals against water seepage; it is resistant to high and low temperatures (generally stable from -30℃ to 80℃), anti-aging, and has a standard design lifespan of 3-5 years, delaying the need for large-area milling and repaving.
